I am a retired dentist and when I moved to Oregon I was disappointed by the first dentist I went to but then I found Mark Miller in Carlton and drive a long distance to see him. I know how fine his work is and how well he treats my family. He is worth the travel for my family to get the best dental care. William C. Edell DDS.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I appreciate they are more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. You will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are and how comfortable the office is. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They always ask questions about what is going on in my life and I know they are interested in me as a person. They are so thoughtful and helpful.

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
