My main issue was that I needed to get new cavity fills on cavity fills they did just 2 years prior. Also, slightly strange the staff had a personal conversation while cleaning my teeth and the cavity fills...felt like I was ease-dropping. Their staff was friendly enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will not return to this dentist because of the cavity refill issue....too painful!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I had a dental emergency at 8pm right before Thanksgiving and Dr. Adams came in and fixed the situation that night to hold me over through the Holiday. I have never been to a dentist before that would have went above and beyond the way she did.

Besides insisting we get procedures that we didnt need, preasuring us into more expensive options and such my main issue was with the billing department. We have 100% coverage but are constantly getting billed for thousands. Often our claim isnt even sent in until way after the bill was due.
