I recently moved and this was my first time at this office. I showed up and NO one else was in the big office but the receptionist and dental hygienist. The hygienist was very nice and did a good job. They were helpful in finding out my insurance information which wouldn't allow xrays till a week later, so I waited on those. What threw me off was the dentist never showed up to see me or look at my teeth, and the hygienist told me I had 12 cavaties, yes 12. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and always get told I have beautiful teeth, etc. She understood I was surprised but I needed 12 filings and sealants. Ummm, this is weird since I didn't hear anything from my last dentist about potential developments and she was the hygienist telling me I needed to schedule these with no Dr. input. Made me suspicious and I am not going back. Felt like I was in the middle of some scheme for money or work for them...
