I came here from another Dentist office. I received very poor service at that place before DDS. When I arrived I could tell it was going to be different here and it was. Very professional staff! Also happy to be there. All the staff were very nice and helpful. They were willing to explain all my options to me in detail. It was a breath of fresh air from the other bad experience I just received from the other dentist. It was like it should have been all along. The Doctor came in introducing himself and shook my hand. I felt like I was being takin care of. Great place and always willing to help work around my crazy schedual. I will be giving them all my families business from now on. Thank you for your professional service and care.

don't pay all up front u will get horrible service after 3 try's they put some kind of filler in the liner that only lasted 2 months and the manager said they shouldn't have done that but he wants 150.00 to fix them and these are the 800.00 set. They are a rip off

I had my teeth pulled in 2015. I had healthy issues and wasn't able to go back promptly to finish out the services I had paid for. I returned in April of 2019. Dds finished my dental worked and relined both arches at no additional cost to me. The staff are kind and friendly. My dentures now fit so well that a small amount of adhesive holds my dentures in place so well I can eat most any food that I want. Thank you dr Jones and staff.

Went in for an extraction. The tooth had broken. Dr. Riggins removed it and everything went great. Short wait time, but that could have been because it was a Monday morning. My jaw was sore afterwards but did not need the pain meds prescribed. I will go back when I get my dentures.

I went with my son and his wife to Dentures and Dental Services in Catoosa, OK. Dr. Sharpe did x-rays and an oral examination and said he could take care of extracting my daughter-in-law's teeth and making her dentures today. We paid for the total amount for services and extra for gas and she was given some medication to relax her and help with her anxiety. They would not leave the gas on her nose and kept removing it and she could feel the pain from the teeth being pulled. She tried to tell Dr. Sharpe that she was feeling the pain and after pulling just two teeth he just stood up and said "I cannot work under these conditions" and walked out. My daughter-in-law begged the nurse to have him come back and complete the extractions and my son told Dr. Sharpe that he would have to finish pulling the top teeth so she could put her dentures in and not have to go around without teeth. He pulled the last three teeth WITHOUT THE GAS but refused to finish the job. The nurse came in and gave her a card to an oral surgeon and sent us on our way. No refund or explanation of what happened. We went back the next day and asked to talk with Dr. Sharpe and he would not talk to us. He sent in a patient advocate who listened to our story and is now trying to get the matter resolved. I would never, ever refer anyone to this clinic. Dr. Sharpe was cold, heartless, uncaring, uncompassionate and rude. He has no business working in this type of environment.

I was a patient at their Georgetown Texas location. Nancy one of the assistants waited on me several times, she called and we met for drinks after work. We dated for several months. Several times I was with Nancy during her lunch break at her apartment, she would consume several beers and smoke some pot. I never smoked any pot with Nancy. Her drinking got worse so did her smoking. Our relationship ended. My last trip to have my dentures adjusted Nancy really screwed them up. She was drunk. I reported her and her to the office manager, I also spoke with the company attorney. I filed a complaint with the Dental Board. Because of my complaints the Manager has refused me access to their office to have my dentures repaired. Now I am stuck with dentures that do not fir properly.
