I really enjoy visiting Dr. Grace and she has a great staff, but their bookkeeping is atrocious.

On my wife's second visit she was charged for additional services that she did not have done. On another occasion the secretary called to tell us that there was a $300 balance on our account. We told her to charge our credit card. She then called us 4 more times through a six month period for the same charges and every time she realized that we had already told her to charge our account. She just forgot. Not a very big deal, but still annoying.

The final straw was when she told me that I had unused insurance money and talked me into having a $2300 procedure performed. She quoted me an out of pocket expense of $200-$300. She then called me one month later to inform me I had an unpaid balance of $2300 because I did not actually have unused insurance funds like they had told me beforehand. After trying to discuss the bill, they have refused to accept any blame for the confusion.

I will not be returning to her office nor would I recommend her to anyone I know.

I come all the way from Europe to have Sandy and her team take care of my teeth.
The staff is very friendly and they think of all the little details to make sure that your visit to the dentist is as pleasant as possible.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
