I was told in 2013 to pay for service before my insurance paid, or else your northgate office would not do the dental work I needed, so we paid, and was told
when the insurance co. pay your practice that you would refund me my $122.00. My insurance paid you off in 2013, but you never refunded me my $122.00 dollars.
I thought you were and honest Practice, you told me again in 2014 that I would get my refund at the end of the month. Every week that I called the person that answered
the phone would give me the same story. Its now 2015 and you have not refunded me my money. Why are you bent on keeping what does not belong to you. Family Dental Care Associates JMichael Fuchs DDS Inc. owes me one hundred twenty two dollars, $122.00 dollars, the sad part is that you and I both have proof that you owe me that amount.
If your practice is a family business, then why are you not refunding me my money? I do not understand a company that cheats its own customers. Whats wrong with your family?
Are you all a bunch of thieves, who steal from old women on social security? Why are you not giving me my money of $122.00? All I want is what belongs to me, your office worker
even told you that according to your records that you owe me $122.00 and said you agreed to pay me, well its 2015 and I have not received my money.
I want my money, its my money. I have called you, I have written you letters, you ignore me like I never existed. I am a person, why do people like you treat poor people like trash?
It’s a very wicked thing to treat the poor very badly, especially when you have what belongs to them. You are a wicked and cruel person. May God bless you the way you have blessed me.

This Dr J. Michael Fuchs so mean and so rude to me and to the nurse and to my 10 years old daughter! The nurse was so afraid of him! he was so disrespectful! After my daughter got afraid of him because of the way he was treating her, she start carrying, then this Dr J. Michael Fuchs asked her to leave, and said to the nurse " Get her out of here"!!!
Which kind of doctor is that? His license should have been taken away.
Someone have to take care of this issue immediately.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly , but didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but the accounting staff is not good. I had some billing issue and tried to get hold of one of the accounting guy for almost 3 week never get a call back. Not sure what to do...One thing for sure, I am changing my family dentist

I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. Not only was I not able to watch TV during my dental procedure, I couldn't even read a magazine or look out the window. I was extremely bored the entire time. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
Was this provider late to your appointments?
Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment
