I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
For my 18 month old son they were very patient and kind.. careful not to upset the little fella any more than he already would be.
In my own mouth.. well I was 4 months pregnant with a bad tooth! They were extremely cautious with Xrays and my baby bump.
I have never had anything but a good experience at Dr Harnetts office. His staff is wonderful. I highly recommend him to everyone.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I have been going to Dr Harnett for the last 20 years. I recommend him to all of my friends. He saved a tooth that I was told could not be saved by 3 different dentists. This man is a genius when it comes to painless dentistry and Dr. - patient interaction. I have yet to have the slightest pain during a repair or the shot to numb the area. He uses the latest methods including being able to install a cap in one visit. He has a computerized machine that machines your new cap in 20 minutes, amazing to watch! All X-rays are taken via computer and instantly displayed on a computer screen, not the old way with film that has to be developed. Check him out... you will not be disappointed.
