These dentists will hurt!! Our family spent several thousands of dollars on our child's dental care with Drs. Lange. Just before the very last payment ($180) we moved around the corner (both houses in Wyoming, OH, a town just north of Cincinnati). Drs. Lange office sent the bill to our previous home, but the new home owners did not "return to sender." At this point you might think Drs. Lange's office would have called or texted us (they had 2 working phone numbers home and cell) or emailed us (they had our present email address). Instead, they sent the bill to a collection agency in Columbus. That collection agency then filed with the various credit bureaus. Our stellar credit was damaged. Our bank (5th3rd) sent us an alert stating our credit score had dropped. We went on the assumption it was identity theft! Long (and panicked!) story short, we found that the damage had been done by Drs. Lange office. We paid the bill ASAP. When we asked the office worker who botched the billing, did they have ANY system in place for people who had moved? This person said they had no system to call or email, and proceed to "blame the victim." Here is our suggestion: Use Drs. Lange with caution. If you can't be reached through snail-mail, it will be assumed that you refused to pay and they will reach out... to a collection agency.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Yes, but it didn't bother me much
