They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. the customer's always right I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. I wasn't able to rinse my mouth during my procedure at all, and it was getting hard to breathe.They do not seem to care about the patient hardly at all. three times I have gone out to the tri county office from the eastgate area to be turned away because my molds weren't back from the lab. that is a long drive and wasted gas ... I believe that if something hasn't come in from the lab, the dental office should call the patient so they do not waste their time and resources. It is very rude and unprofessional! The receptionist is a very stuck up rude individual that should be fired!!
