Although I initially felt comfortable with the care provided, I have now grown very wry of the treatment given at this location.
Upon arriving to a few visits, the waiting room is overcrowded and staff is under staffed. My first visit was in July and I have had teeth extracted and my treatment plan was to have a partial by October! Guess what?! I have yet to have them submit a preauth to my insurance company. I have spoken to several people at Sears and Kathy has reassured me that this would be submitted. I am disgusted with the service thus far!!! Dr. Downing extracted two teeth at once without prescribing any pain medication, where they do that at?! But I endured the circumstances for the bigger picture, which is to get my smile right! 3 months later, no Dr. Downing and no teeth! DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
