I had two root canals and a bridge satisfactorily performed. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Just had my 2nd check up with Galleria Mall Dental the other day and it was just the same as the 1st visit-EXCELLENT! Taking the time and providing a very comfortable atmosphere takes the edge off of going to the dentist. If you desire the feeling that your dental needs are their best interest then go check them out. You won't be disappointed.

My daughter and now my son go to Galleria Mall Dental for their dental work. The staff is very friendly and gentle.

I wasn't greeted when I entered. I told the receptionist that I had and appointment but she told me to sign in and didn't let me finish what I had to say which I find very rude. No one in the office had the courtesy to even smile. 20 minutes after I signed in, she called me over and asked if I had an appointment. I didn't get upset and said yes. Filled out all the paper work and waited a full hour before saying anything. Then I asked how much longer the wait is, and answered with "There are 3 people ahead of you." That wasn't an answer to my question. My expectation was not set and did not even get an apology for waiting over an hour and had to wait another half hour or so to be seen. Waste of time. Don't go there!!

They paid attention to me and most of my questions were answered.
Their staff was very friendly but in a "basic way"
I needed to make sure their staff would change their gloves when leaving the room and coming back again.
Because they wont if you're not watching.
They touch the walls and touch the equipment and then attempt to look in your mouth !!!
I didnt see them wipe down nor change/put on the disposable tape on the equipment -which means they touch your mouth AND someone else's mouth and although they change their gloves,the equipment may be contaminated with all sorts of bacteria!!!
My son has a better insurance through his father and his dentist office and staff are so amazingly thorough and clean.they change the blue disposable tape on the equipment prior to each use and the tray which holds all the sterile equipment is covered in plastic with paper on top and all that is changed as well as opposed to some offices who dont even use plastic and just change the paper on the tray.

I was told there were no cavities but I still had pain.
I just didnt trust their judgement there for some reason-
But the dentist was very nice.
The older hygienist definitely needs customer service training.
She seemed unhappy with her job as if the people waiting to see her were "bothering" her. Maybe it was just a bad day you say???
well, i went there at least 3 times on different occasions with myself,my niece and my nephew. Its all the same.
But I made an effort to speak to her (the hygienist whose an older Hispanic woman)
and smile so she would clean my teeth really well and not just some half a-zness.
Calling them on the phone is the worst ever!!!
They rush you off and last time I was there they didnt have a computer for apptmnts so if you forgot,then they would have to manually look through a bunch of names in the book and get back to days later to answer a question or to change your appt(if you forgot the actual date)
The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
