They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but close to the entrance. They were able to answer all my questions. . Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They are completely committed to helping me.

I give Dr. Planken 5 stars! (computer didnt allow for some reason)
She is very patient, helps you feel at ease as to what she is doing at ALL times. She is also very gently in giving shots and pays attention to detail.
The office is very clean, state of the art and best of all I barely wait when I get there. The office is also VERY accomidating to schedules and emergencies.
I highly recommend her. *office staff & support are also very helpful

Es un lugar muy calido, la atencion es excelente tanto de las asistentes como de la doctora. Da gusto volver porque siempre te atienden muy bien. La doctora es super atenta y muy amable, es un alivio que sea bilingue. Recomiendo 100% este lugar. Siempre esta con lo ultimo de la odontologia.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
