They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want their financial manager took the time to go over my treatment plan with me letting me know what was covered by insurance and what was not, and at the end of my consult helped me set up a payment plan that I could afford

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. Dr. Berry is really smart and always explains what's happening. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They had a huge selection of magazines, beverages and a TV in the waiting room.
