They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. When I told them I was in pain during my dental procedure and asked them for a local anesthetic, they said I didn't need it. They didn't even believe me that I was in pain.
