Unprofessional. Somewhat frazzled. Poor attitude. They can even be a bit rude. This also makes me question their competency. Dr. Ginsburg (the blonde dentist -- with a Russian accent?) has the worst bedside manner I've ever encountered. I've also talked to others who've said the same thing. And this dentist is not in every day. If you have a dental emergency, the dentist is only there one or two days a week.

Liz at the front desk is also extremely overworked. And she's the only one up there. She handles the phones and the patients and the insurance companies and everything else -- and if you telephone her, you can be on hold for 15 minutes at a time or longer. I finally called back because they had forgotten about me.

And Liz, don't ever tell me with an attitude in your voice that if "...you're not happy, you can always go to another dentist..." So, yeah. OK. I've made arrangements to go to another dentist. My spouse and I won't be back. And we'll pay your nickel and dime $5.00 fee to get the x-rays that your office took several months ago. Ridiculous.

This dental practice really gave me the impression of being overly absorbed with money. I've read reviews elsewhere that indicate that patients were sitting in the dental chair when the dentist stopped in the middle of the procedure to see whether insurance would cover an additional procedure. Come on. These things should be confirmed before the patient is in the dental chair. Not during the procedure!

Lastly, I found other negative reviews on this dental practice. I don't know how long they'll be on the internet, so I decided to add my own negative review.

Beware of this dental practice. I don't recommend them.

Read the previous reviews and almost didn't go.
Receptionist was nice and friendly. She is pretty busy but was still very helpful and courteous. The Male dentist is friendly and nice and explained anything I questioned.
The woman who does the cleaning was professional and friendly and very thorough. I appreciated her candor, her professionalism and sure hand.
The female dentist only did the exam (I came in as an emergency, with a broken tooth) but she seemed very nice to me. Explained what would be needed in a simple way.
I have been there twice now and will return for the work needed! I will post an update when finished.
