Negative 5 stars!!! SCAMMER. NO INTEGRITY AND ETHIC, FULL OF LIES, UNPROFESSIONAL, VIOLATES LAW. DO NOT visit her; she robs your money sneaky. I can’t believe she is qualified to be a dentist, her license should be suspended. SAVE YOUR LIFE, SAVE YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER. THEIR POLICY BEYOND THE LAW. Let me tell you guys my bad experience. First, her staff lies to me of the insurances accepted at my first visit and after the visit I get charged X-ray fee (which is covered by insurance company already). I told them I will pay that fee when I receive the letter from my insurance company. And then, when I asked then to give me my evaluation report and X-ray. They refused to provide me my report and told me that it is their policy; they don’t care about the law. Third, when I stop visiting her office, her staff called me and threated me that I still owe their money, and I told them I have confirmed with insurance company, you overcharge me on my first visit. And her staff was speechless and let me come to pick up the refund check, refusing to mail me my check. When I came to their office this morning, Ms Krishnan made up a ridiculer extra cost, which is called “consultant fee”. She asked to pay $75 for couple of sentences after my deep cleaning. She has charged me at the first visit already, and I will never get my refund back. She lied to insurance company too. Forth, she is very unprofessional. She gives patient very poor diagnoses and bluffs her patients. And then she asked you to pay the deposit and copayment ahead, which is estimate full amount of your surgery. After that, you will find out most of the procedures will be denied by insurance because her bad narrative and abusing the charge. Eventually, you will find out the exact amount you owe her will be 3-4 times more than she told you before informing by insurance company. For my case, she told me to pay my copayment ahead and it would be 1600. BUT, after receiving insurance company’s Pre-treatment estimates, she raised my copayment to around 6000.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.
