Very unhappy with my experience and desperately need a second opinion. My main concern had to do with several small, but obvious cavities that I pointed out to Dr. Hirsch. He insisted that they were not cavities, yet since my appointment, I've had increasing sensitivity and further decay. Additionally, when I first arrived, he didn't even want to take x-rays (which I thought was standard practice from every other dentist I've been too) and even though I hadn't had any x-rays in several years and not under his care. I have serious doubts that he even took them (just ran the machine) because he quickly "reviewed" the x-rays in a back room and I never saw them. The cleaning lasted less than 10 minutes - I would have been better off not even going in the first place. I was also concerned about the office professionalism as he seemed to be the only staff person (no assistant for scheduling or at the time of my appointment). I was shocked that he didn't even have a hygienist and I had to hold the suctioning tools myself. I wish I had checked the reviews before I had selected him as my provider for my HMO.

Been to several dentists before, but not one compares to Dr. Hirsch. He is kind, patient, and straight-forward. He looks after his patients and his expertise is exceptional! I highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a good dentist.

When it comes to going to the dentist I am a difficult as a child. For the first time in a long time I am able to say I am totally happy with my dentist. He is patient and caring. Now I don't wait too go to the dentist when I am only in pain!

Dr. Hirsch was very helpful and kind. He treated me with respect and assurance in everything he did. If you are looking for a dentist whose practice is virtually painfree, then Dr. Hirsch is the dentist you should consult. I was very happy with my results! Thank you Dr. Hirsch.
