They only cared about what would make them money.
The office is clean. The doctor seems friendly. But they lost me as a patient due to unpleasant lady at the front desk. No business from my family or any positive feedback will be given to that office.

No, I didn't notice an odor
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I can't say enough about this dentist and his staff, wonderful people and also he doesn't except anything that is less than perfect which made me very happy with the work, I would definitely use them for all of your dental needs

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
