I want to thank everyone at the Q Dental, Penfield Office, for their care and concern for me. I have had many dental problems and have needed immediate care. I have never been turned down. They always fit me in and take care of me. The front desk personnel, hygenists, Dr. Collins, Dr. Lewis and their staff are so great. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The women who worked at the front desk were very unfriendly, completely unsympathetic and made me feel like I was a burden to them. All I wanted was for someone to help me out with my issue between them supposedly not receiving forms from my insurance company and getting my tooth fixed. They were just very rude! I will never come back to this dentist ever!
