The Personnel at Guerrino Dentistry are all top notch professionals. I actually look forward to going to the dentist because I know I will encounter people there who really care. I am confident that all the work at Guerrino Dentistry is keeping me healthy and strong. It is so important to maintain good dental health and I know that the Guerrino crew is helping me do that! i am a very happy p, Dr.Lora was a great in explaining my Dental treatment plan to me. Marilyn has been great in helping me on the insurance processing and payment arrangement.

Yes, I had to wait forever.
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy
Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine
Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable?
Not really, my back hurt after my procedure

The worst I have seen
Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need
Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures?
Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone!
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Mount Vernon office doesn't respect patients and value their time. Horrible customer service. Be sure the clueless front desk person understands what you're coming in for AND make sure they will do everything in that office visit. No apologies offered for inconveniences on their end. Lunch was more important than the patient mid appointment! And to think I was going to actually pay full price for another service. They lost business.

Not at all, they fell off almost as soon as I walked out the door

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
No, I was on edge
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
