Yes, they went above and beyond

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building although in a shopping mall wasn't in a very safe area. It seemed abandoned. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything , and on the top of that , she was nasty.I ended up waiting for a very long time. Their dental equipment was absolutely disgusting and old like it belonged in the 80's. It was by far the oldest equipment I have ever seen around in the area. Stay out of this office. They don't seem to care about you!

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Absolutely not, they barely looked at my teeth

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. One thing that's been so annoying about this facility is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The receptionists have an attitude and never apologetic even when a simple "sorry" will suffice. Additionally, their equipment is soooo old. It feels like you are in the 80's and they can't do most of the services anyway. At the end you still have to go to another dentist to finish your tooth. This dentist is very basic. Do yourselfs a favor, find someone else. I'm never going back there again for sure...

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
