At my visit the office worked extra to make sure I was comfortable. I had areas that i was having discomfort (this is my second opinion) they addressed those areas to my satisfaction. I've since been back, had work completed and happy. Staff and doctors very friendly.

No matter how perfect your teeth are they will find some expensive work or treatment they want you to have. They complained that they didn't like the crowns I have and wanted to replace them even though there is nothing wrong with the ones I have. Then they went on to say that a crown should only last 10 years and an implant should be done in its place, REALLY!!! I have never heard of such nonsense!!!

Billing practices are borderline fraudulent. Will give you an estimate for services and then charge you additional to complete work. Insurance payments are not disclosed until you ask. Office staff is rude and does not answer financial questions truthfully.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was informative but not resolved. It took along time for the admin to email me a price for services to be rendered. I think I need more of a visual aide to help with my decision to go there.
