I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. The staff are friendly but during my last visit the dentist constantly complained how the insurance company doesn't pay him enough. Now my insurance company has denied me services that I need to have done due to the dentist submitting false requests.

A warm hello greets me every time I go to the office. The office is cool, which is normal and good for any medical office. Great in the summer, and I bring a light sweater for the winter - incase I need it, but I usually don't (the temp is the same, it is just the concept of warmth in the winter). I was very comfortable the entire time. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures, and most importantly, they want to hear about my concerns and any changes in my medical history, as most will have some impact on my dental health.. I'm always able to get all my questions answered. I used to be very nervous about visiting the dentist, but here I feel that I will be gently cared for, and helped through any anxious feeling I have while they provide the very best of dental care. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. Nerves cause me to visit the ladies room at every visit, and every time, it is clean smelling and tidy. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

The staff at Family Dental is amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
