I had the pleasure of getting a new dentist because my old one moved. I had my front tooth removed, because they said I had bone loss. I already had a bridge in and so she added a new tooth into the bridge. I had to go back 4 times to correct the mistakes with my bridge. My front tooth stick out. It isn't aligned with my other teeth. Who wants to walk around looking like this. I am so upset. The picture she painted was so lovely , but what it turned out to be was a disaster. It still isn't fixed. I went back yesterday to see if the work could be finished. Well this new dentist tells me I can work miracles for you today. Lets get to work. I explain my experiences with her trying to get my bridge fixed. Don't worry about anything we are going to correct this today. So she goes through and takes the metal grip off of my bridge. Then she saws down to of my real teeth and the teeth on my bridge. Why after all of this she says to me. We are going to have to start all over. What? Are you serious right now. You just sawed down two of my real teeth, you didn't fix the problem that I came in for and now you want me to come back and start all over. Are you kidding me? My teeth don't even feel the same. They feel ragged. My bridge is still poking out like a kick stand. These are my front teeth. I am the first person that people see when they come into my office. I cant sit here with missing teeth. Now I have to find another dentist to do the work. I will never go back to Herrmann Dental.

Years ago I was one of Dr Hermanns patients My recent return & experiences with this practice have been absolutely horrible The oral surgeon is who kindly told me that he was "Doctor", when I mistakenly said "sir", is extremely arrogant and condescending. Its sad when your title makes you who you are & not your character Ms Feldman, office personnel, is also extremely condescending & should not be deciding the type of anesthesia patients receive Shes not a physician! I was extremely disappointed and went to another practice. Dr. Herrmann please monitor what's going on... FYI, Im not the only dissatisfied customer!

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I asked to be seen by a seasoned dentist however they gave me a dentist who was not experienced and whenever possible would pass on her work to the assistant. Which i found very unprofessional. The dentist and the orthopedic surgeon gave me two different evaluations from the same xrays. One professional contradicting another. Then to top it off I was advised to pull all my wisdom teeth when they clearly were not bothering me and was advised to pull a tooth with no cavity or root damage. They have a bunch of techs and students i suppose. I am not happy with this dental office. After doing some research I would make sure that you check someone's credentials first.

The company's website is glamorous and very misleading. I came in with a partial root canal and wanted it completed. 1st they charged me for a consultation and then lost the record of my co-payment. The dentist said my tooth needed to be pulled and I had to come back next week. After returning, he took another xray and said he could complete the root canal. We worked quickly and aggresively - wrong! The temporary filling sunk all the way up into my cavity. I have never been in soooo much pain. I called back to schedule to have my tooth pulled and can't get an appointment for 4 weeks! I found this out after waiting for a response for 4 days. "Mary" is completely rude and a liar. She abruptly hung up the phone on me when I said I needed to speak to someone regarding the payment I made for the root canal since it was incomplete. And then the office manager, Allison tells me that I never paid a co-pay on my initial visit. This place sucks and I'd stay away if I were you.
