It has been almost a year since my child had some wisdom teeth taken out. We called to have the others removed and were told that they cannot make an appointment till we paid our bill off and that it was sent to collections. They told me my insurance paid everything except $14.38!!! I paid how much to them and they could not have wrote that amount off. Sending me to colllections for $14.38 is unbelievable and never getting a phone call from their office which would have solved the issue. They were sending bills to the wrong address which they had the correct info on file. But did not bother to call me. We will now go somewhere else since all they are concerned about is making money.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Never, they are very reliable.
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
