They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time
Does this provider treat every client equally?
No, they definitely favor certain clients
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.
