The receptionist is rude, they changed my appo, and no one called me, when I got there they said I was not in the appo list and even gave me a dirty look and looked at me like if I was crazy .... I woke up at 7 am to send my child to school and had to hired a babysitter to watch my other baby .... Like "really" ??? . But yet they want charge $72 if patiente don't call to cancel or re-schedule. The manager Kathy is the worst, unpolite, rude and think she is always right, she is so miserable, I had done some work done crown and bridge and when I went to try it on it wasn't right however the doctor did use his "drills" on my teerh so the crown can fit , he did used anestesia before tho, and since there were not right they send me back home . They never gave me pain killers, I followed directions not to eat after an hour, however I didn't eat at all because once tbe anestesia was going away I started feeling the worst pain ever , I took two motrin 500 mg over the counter thinking it was going to help me but it help me a just a lil tiny bit the pain was still there I couldn't help it and I called the office because honestly I do not know what the doctor did or he was so rough that I was still in pain and sore , and the manager talked to me like she did not know why I was in souch pain and basically told me to deal with it and rinse my mouth with sensodyne ... If I would've known I was going to be treated this way I would've gone to another dentist!!! I am very dissapointed and with a lot of pain!!!!

My 1st appointment was spent waiting 1 hour, (Wonder how they would feel if I made them wait 1hr ) Several times I asked how much long, no update from staff and office manger, both really didn;t seem to care, office manager Cathrine playing on cell phone and discussing a new app she downloaded, how un professional, Don;t waste your time, find other office. Hope this hekps,,, ,

By far the worst experience I have had with a dentist. My first appointment was spent waiting in the tiny waiting area for 30 minutes calling my insurance company because they said they weren't listed as my dentist. After finally getting in touch with my insuance company I was told that wasn't required. I called in to reschedule my initial appointment and told the receptionist about my past experience during the first visit. She rescheduled and appointment but no apology. Today I went for my third visit and after waiting 45 minutes to see a hygenist just for cleaning I decided I would never return. They told me I would be seen on time (I was on my lunch break and explained that when I made the apointment and the morning of the appointment when I called to confirm). They receptionist and manager did not apologize and were very rude! I spend almost an hour waiting for nothing, I recommend you NEVER go here.

I thought that everyone at the front desk was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. However watching the manager Katherine, scream and belittle the girls at the front desk was upsetting. I found that behavior extremely unprofessional.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff ,especially this lady that claims to be the office manager named kathy, was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.She was extremely rude. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
