While I loved the way this dentist worked--calmly and gently, with zen-like concentration--some aspects of experience here caused confusion and despair. He recommended extremely expensive work that was not appropriate to my age or stated financial situation. I refused it. He was cavalier about my infections--troubling fistulas--and actually wanted to do a non-emergency crown before treating a painful infection. He sent me to two specialists; one was excellent, one not so much. He recommended a certain oral surgery without fully explaining its severity and after-pain. He didn't listen well. I found I had to repeat important things at least three times before he took my concerns seriously or took action. If your dental situation is not too complicated, you'll be happy with this practice, but if you come to it after a lifetime of complicated dental interventions and/or with personal financial limitations, you may be disappointed too. It is possible he didn't care for me as a patient either; after all, I didn't comply with all his recommendations and I asked a lot of questions. His support staff is top-notch.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
