I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I had to take my daughter in after falling and bruising her gumline and they were extremely gentle and kind to her, so much so that she now loves going to the dentist.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The support staff could be better, but the dentist is great.
