The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
