The provider barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but she didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Also, Next time i am going to request a different nurse because her nurse Jane is rough and very rude. I will let my friends and family know as well DO NOT HAVE JANE WORK ON YOU. :( or she will hurt you

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
