They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I don't understand what "anonymous;" the first reviewer; is talking about. The last sentence contradicts seems to contradict what was stated in the main part of the response.

Both my Wife and I have been going to Dr. Pendleton for a long time. There is nothing archaic about his techniques and the staff is great. He always refers patients to specialists as necessary when the need arises. He has done this for my Wife since she has unusual needs for specialized treatment.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

The Pendleton family, dad and son, are the only family dentists I have ever seen in Reno as long as I have lived here, except for a pediatric dentist for my daughter. I have always loved their staffs and feel very comfortable when I need to ask questions. They listen if I express any discomfort with a procedure and try to make things better for the patient.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. I have quite a few cavities and of course do not have Dental Insurance and was really upset about the money it is going to cost but he and I are planning to sit down and go over what and when will work for me and my finances. Plus he's a cool dude!
