I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. The customer service here is horrendous. Every time I called to make an appointment or ask a question the front desk agents were mean, rude, and unprofessional. This is a dentistry not a jail. I have got better service at a fast food restaurant. Those employees should be grateful that they have a job. I would not recommend this place, after the 5th time of giving them a chance I decided to take my money else where to a place that well deserves it.
