Dr. Santos is a dream! Super nice guy and made the process incredibly comfortable. I had a root canal done there a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with my visit! I will be going here from now on for all of my dental needs!

At first this place seemed ok. The front staff was friendly and my husband had no problems. I then went to see them and was told I needed some fillings. When I went back it was a different dentist then the one I first saw. He said I needed 5 teeth filled. He then said that he was not going to give me Novocain. I said that I was not happy about that but he proceeded without it anyway. I asked him to stop four time because I could not take the pain. Every time he said only a little bit longer. When he was done he said now was that pain worth three hours of being numb. I was in shock I could not believe it. I was very painful but be did not care all he seemed to want to do was save his Novocain and get me out.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.

without consulting a parent, they attempted to do more work than what was necessary because the insurance paid for it 100%. They only consulted me as a parent after my child wouldn't allow them to do it. Then they accuse me of not caring for my child properly -- because I picked him up from school and went directly there without him brushing his teeth. The woman at the front counter (has braces)..she's rude and obnoxious. She is also the hygentist. She refused to confirm her name though so makes you wonder what she's hiding.

I am making a complaint with the dental board; the insurance company and dental board overseeing the hygentist as well.
