They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The receptionist in particular was EXTEREMLY rude each time I called. This past Friday I lost my bridge - I called THREE times. I was in pain and didn't know what to do. Finally on Saturday afternoon the receptionist called me to tell me since I had not been there in a while that it would be best I check my insurance handbook and find someone who could help me. I was in shock. I would stay AWAY!

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
