I only see A dentist If I have to. I just wanted to say my recent visit was very relaxing. And the doctor was reassuring. GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!

The person that makes the appointments told me one price for xrays & cleaning and when I got finnished with my appointment the price was over $100.00 more than quoted. I wanted to speak with someone in the office about this and only was able to speak with this same person. Also, I've been to many dentists in my life time and was always allowed to be billed for the services and this office will not do this. I will not go there again. Bait and switch!

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.

Staff is awesome and attentive. Wait time is almost zero. They are very accomodating and helpful with trying to fit you in. I've never had to wait more than a day to schedule an emergency appointment. Dr. Merrian is all aces and defintely treats the individual.
