Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
