My entire family has used Hild family Dental for decades. The only time we left was when she was not in network for my insurance for one year and we immediately went back to her the next year as soon as I got insurance that she was covered for.

Have been going here awhile now. Never had an issue until now. Last Friday I broke 2 teeth. Since they are cloed early on Friday, I had to wait the weekend to get appt. When I called in this morning and told secretary that I had 2 broken teeth, she told me my dentist was booked with appts until the next week and did I want that slot. I told her I could not chew very well, and she said she would put me on a list if someone cancelled. I think my dentist would have fit me in if she knew, but I could not get beyond the secretary. I am very disappointed and will probably look for a dentist office with more doctors.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
