I absolutely love this vet clinic. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They had one of the cleanest offices I've ever seen at any vet. I appreciated that they took the time to create a sterile environment for their patients. They don't overbook and I even showed up early to an appointment and they were ready to see me.. . I have literally shopped the area for vets from Sanford to Cary and Dr. Norland is by far tops. He is brillilant, patient, kind, a great surgeon and just generally a nice guy. It's really hard to find a vet who actually cares about your pet the way he does and this guy isn't giving lip service. He is very compassionate about his job and treats your dog like he would his own. On top of all that, he is professional and his staff is just great. I'm so lucky I found this practice.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
