Dr. Tapper was on call for my Dentist in Chapel Hill when my visiting daughter unexpectedly needed dental help. The Doctor and his office was very attentive and accommodating in getting her in for a consultation and then scheduling a procedure for the next day. Having some anxiety in dealing with Dentists, my daughter found Dr. Tapper incredibly calming, kind, and informative. She appreciated him telling her exactly what he was going to do and what she should expect during and after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr Tapper and his competent staff for your dental needs.

Dr Tapper is a good dentist who truly cares about his patients. Their billing system run by their receptionist Tammy is dreadful. She has an awful personality and is very rude. She did not take the time to explain why we were being charged for our entire visit and was very demanding on the phone acting as if we were stealing from her. She is the reason I will not be returning to this practice.

Like Dr Tapper, but his billing has major problems right now. I think Dr Tapper is a good dentist - just needs to get his office billing fix.
