I went in for a broke tooth and found out my bitewings from a year before had 5 cavities that had never been addressed. Also I then learned that they did not take 2 insurances which no one bother to inform me, and the dentist knew I was waiting on the second ins. to do a crown. When I ask the receptionist to change my new insurance to the primary she said she didn't have time. I got my records and left after 2 years there as a patient. Another dentist pointed out to me that same day that there were 5 cavities on my bitewings from a year ago that had never been addressed. I was told I had no cavities. When I called back and ask the explanation for that, I was told the dentist said "DENTIST HAVE DIFFERENT OPINIONS!" well a cavity is a cavity no matter how you look at it. I have worked in the dental field 18 years so this saddens me.
