They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
