My Dental office sent me to him a few times for teeth to be pulled!!! Will NEVER go to him again!!! Very rude!!!

Wonderful visit! They were able to get me in short notice, they took great care of me, everyone there was very professional. Hopefully I won't have to go back again but I will return to them for any future dental needs!

Horrible! Rude and dismissive about a crucial and dibilitatingly painful dental ailment, stating that he "didn't want to deal with it" and that he prefers "his patients be a part of the community". YOU LIVE AND WORK IN A MILITARY TOWN. NEWS FLASH, THEY MOVE! OFTEN. Either this man has a biased against military families or a biased against out of staters which is rediculous considering his location of employment. I plan to file a formal complaint in addition to these reviews so that military families can AVOID this particular dental surgeon if they are at the mercy of the Corps or Navy which could have them changing locations as predictably as the crow flies

The only thin was Dr. Graitos, however you spell it, he pulled two teeth out, he seemed rushed, he just walked in, didnt even introduce himself, he numbed my mouth, left and i was there waiting but the assistant was very friendly, the ladies at the front were also nice.. Finally Dr. graitos returned, and he literally just yanked my teeth out, it took like two minutes for two teeth. Then he just walked out... He wasnt professional at all, he has a lot of facial hair which was kind of gross when looking up at him. He doesnt look like a doctr at all, more like a bum off the street, but whatever he got the job done.. Everyone else was nice though...

I had my wisdom teeth removed and wow we're they quick about seeing me. My first time in the office was Friday and everyone was so polite and The Dr was so informative and took the time to answer all my questions about the procedure. He was also very attentive to my blood clotting disorder. I went back today and had the procedure done that was only 4 days it took to get it!!!! Even today they were great the whole staff was polite and the assistant I had today took her time to calm my anxiety down. I was very impressed and would refer them to anyone I know. If there were more stars I would rate them much higher!!!!!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, I didn't have to wait very long
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

THE DOCTOR RONALD D GAITROS IS VERY DISRESPECTFULL MADE FUN OF MY WEIGHT AND DIDNT WANT TO DO THE WORK . HE WAS VERY NASTY . THEY HAD ME SITTING IN THE CHAIR FOR 45 MINUTES B4 THEY DID ANYTHING AND TOOK CARE OF THE OTHER PATIENTS I THINK THEY R RACEIST. I WILL BE MAKIN A COMPLAINT WITH THE OWNER AS WELL
