I'm emailing on behalf of my mother who is disabled and bought dentures from your Conover location.She has been having problems with her dentures ever since she first purchased them. The dentures rock back and forth in her mouth putting pressure on one side of her gums and not even reaching the other side of her gums. The dentures cause her to bite her tongue constantly. She went back to the Conover location and told them about the problem and they filed down the dentures as much as they could, but it did not help. They told her that if they filed them down any further that they would file into the teeth. Because of her severe medical condition she is unable to travel frequently. She called your 1-800 number and was told that she would not be given a refund.
