They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only could I tell that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.
