I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They are so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance and make you feel welcome. Besides Dr. Wales professionalism her staff is GREAT, Greg the hygenist is the best person I've EVER had clean my teeth. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
