Very unprofessional and rude when I called in horrible pain. I was given an appt and accepted only to then get the third degree about what would happen if I didn't show up to which I assured her I was not *not* going to come in as much pain as I am in, but she continued to tell me how so many others would love to come in my place so that I finally asked what her problem was and she told me that in April of ????, I cancelled an appt. Ok... so? She was taking personal offense because I cancelled an appt. before. She said I sounded very "iffy" about coming and told me to find another dentist and hung up on me and I called back to speak to a professional who was shocked to learn that I had accepted the appt. Apparently the girl told her I didn't want it. All was fine and I was going in the morning and then Dr. Winn took the phone from the woman and preceded to be very rude with me to which his only reasoning can be based on what the first girl ran off and told him while I was pleasantly talking to the other lady and he hung up on me as well.
