I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
