Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

But he's not. Long wait it waiting room complete with TVs on sports channels. Tacky ego displays all over (and tacky art). His 'new' (per front desk staff) nurses are completely incompetent--basically stupid. I knew more than they did--what is THAT? Clearly his agenda is his sports teams, and his close personal friend Sid Hartman. Overweight, overbooked, over-the-top ego. Rumors are his personal life is just as disgusting as my small glimpse of his professionalism. He's never in the clinic because always away doing important things with teams--per nurse. The expectation of patient gratitude at being seen by him and his staff treating him the same (along with the exam room testimonials to his greatness' just made the whole experience surreal. I hear that some of his partners are quite good but NO THANKS. A small dose of Dr. Burns will make you sick in and of itself.Seek real care somewhere else is my advice--to myself and others.
