They have very friendly staff, however be very very careful of their billing practices offer to pay with cc and then convinced to pay with cash for a discount and then if insurance reimburses you, its their policy to reverse the cash discount and keep the money. Also, they will not inform the insurance company that you paid with cash, therefore directing the payment to their office instead of a direct payment to to the insured patient. Very questionable? So, they made money avoiding the credit transaction and taking the discount money. Also, takes one month before they will send the reimbursement check. You must beg and plead for them to send the money back.

Not at all, I said I was in pain, but they told me to deal with it

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.
